When it comes to photography, RoL or Ray of Light is become on of my favorite aspects. In more scientific term, it usually called crepuscular rays for the ray of sunlight. But let me use the term RoL as it is commonly used in photographic term,,

I love how the light (sunlight particularly) penetrating the shadow giving us some bright linear sight,, It waken me up in the morning,, as the sunlight comes and penetrates the window through small parts of my curtain in room, I began to wake up... The sound of water which is comes from the small pond, the bird's singing and the roosters crowing,, it blessed me with two most beautiful things in this restless world : Health and Family,,, I thank to the God that I am in the good health and given the opportunity to start the day,, and I also I thank to the God that I surrounded by a great family,,,

Health and family are the most important things you should treasure in this life. It did happened in my father's case and I just realized from this event. If I can quote one of the line by Colbie is " take time to realize". It sometimes take time to some people to realize the important of health and family.

My father experienced a heart attack last week. Cold sweating and pain in the heart were the symptoms. Those symptoms are the common symptoms for heart attack. And doctor said that the golden hour is 6hours. So it should be treated by professional doctor within 6 hours after the attack. And from this side, as you may also aware, the health is the important role in this life. You are nothing without health. And all will be nothing without a good health.

The other one is family. I can say that if the role of family has been saved my father's life. My family is hold important role to the fact that he's still alive until this second. Yes, I do also believe of other's objective that the death has been controlled and set by our God. But as the human that need to do ikhtiar to the end, this is part of ikhtiar. I was wondering how would it be without having a great family that supporting you 24hours, directly send you to the nearest hospital, taking care of you, and prioritize you in their life... It won't be any of your business partner who keep an eye for you in 24/7, but family...

My proud to be a fast learner has been deteriorated by my own,, This 4months jobless with no big activities made my brain keep its pace to force me thinking,, *because you don't have any else to do*

Recently I'm reading a book by Agustinus Wibowo named "Selimut Debu" which explained his detailed backpack adventures in Middle East countries and some transitional economies countries also,,

That amazed me from the experiences he had and the explanation about any cultural or political situations there,, He's not just an usual traveler, he's surely learn culture and read a lot of politics before coming to those countries,, And somehow he managed to get tons great interview sessions with important person there!

This book is a must reading that will enrich your brand with another culture and concept,,, He's always neutral in his argument in the book,, Arguments always based on interview or even text book,, n_n not just by individual comment,,

And for me, after went to the Saudi Arabia last May, it relate me much on the events I experienced there,, Why they're using full veil to cover until only eyes that showed up, why there's no women works in store, why I saw a lot of disabled person even if they're still young, and others,,,

Something good in this book is he gave a lot of cultural blend with the religion,, Just like ours, there's also undeniable blending,, And just because the religion was came in their area, doesn't mean that we followed the culture by assuming that it's our religion tradition,,

So,, keep reading up! And enjoy it!

Me: errr... Not yet,, just the same weight,, *Oh nooo*
A : (looks surprise). But you did fasting to repay your Ramadan fasting rite?
Me: *gasps* yaa,, but blame the after the break meals!
A : ( ˘͡ -˘͡)--σ• *kasiupil*

Another dialog in the same day with different person

B: hey, my nephew,, have you loss your weight?
Me: (yawn,, another question) not yet uncle,,
B: ahahaha,,, there must be from your eat behavior! Do not eat at night,,
Me: U_U hardddd,,,, but I'll tryyy,,,

And then BBM message after the exercise,,

A: so you've already back?
A: That's why you're not getting leaner,,
Me: (u_U),,, *he got the point* tomorrow,, save the energy for tomorrow,, :p

From that conversations, we could conclude that how EFFECTIVE my exercise and diet was,,

Meal and exercise should combine perfectly to gain a leaner healthy body,,,

Skipping meal will not get you healthy though,,, the decreased weight came from muscle loss and water,,

So exercise is needed to maintain the muscle and burn the fat instead of losing muscle or water,,,

So,, based on above theory,,, ganbattee,,, I haven't control my meal yet,, still eat some fatty chicken fried and drink sweat drinks,,, but I believe in step by step,,,

Jadi ego itu ga harus selalu ingin menang sendiri ataupun mengutamakan diri sendiri. Ego itu sendiri brarti gimana cara pandang kita terhadap diri kita sendiri. Nah itu dia yang bikin lucu tentang ego tersebut. Karena itu semua tentang bagaimana kita punya konsep terhadap diri kita sendiri, ego berperan untuk menentukan arah tujuan kita. *tiba2 terngiang lagu Mau Dibawa Kemana- Armada*

Ego, merupakan mind set paling dasar dalam diri kita,, gimana enggak, ini gmana lo memandang diri lo sendiri cuy! dan sesuai judulnya "KONSEPSI" yang berarti pengertian or pendapat ya sama2 aja kalo ibarat saham kadang2 ada yang "Overvalue" or even "Undervalue",, tapi lagi ya,, karena ini konsep individu, gw ga bisa intervensi dengan another "konsepsi" dari gw sebagai orang luar,,

Belajar mengakui kesalahan ternyata menjadi sebuah PR tersendiri untuk saya (well, dan orang-orang disekitar pantauan saya). Mengaku salah, melibatkan harga diri, prestige dan tak lupa gengsi yang pasti orang akan memilih untuk tidak mengakui bahwa mereka itu salah. Karena manunia selalu menganggap bahwa salah = kalah. Dalam konteks ini salah selalu di asosiasikan sebagai sebuah kekalahan yang akan mencoreng harga diri orang tersebut. So, ketika tiba saatnya mereka salah, mereka prefer untuk berkelit,, dengan jawaban khas ala anak muda berkelit jaman skrg,, "tapi,,,", "ah,, engga juga kok,,buktinya,,," , "bener kook,,." "harusnya gitu,,kok gini yaa,,,". Ini saya sebut gaya khas anak muda karena yang kaya gini ini cocoknya ya kelakuan anak muda,, orang dewasa sudah bukan tempatnya lagi untuk tidak mengakui kesalahan. dan untuk orang dewasa yang masih suka begini, selamat anda masih berjiwa anak muda! *untuk konteks ini* :p

Saya sendiri sering menghadapi dilema tersebut, ketika ego saya mengatakan bahwa saya super benar dengan statement atau situasi tersebut,, kuping saya langsung menutup untuk segala input yang diberikan,, lontaran,,lontaran yang saya keluarkan selalu berawalan : "ah,,tapi,,,,," semua bersifat defensive serta offensive tanpa pernah mencoba menerima input dari lawan bicara. Tentu yang terjadi adalah sebuah ke-ajeg-an,, dimana saya tidak mau menerima input, serta lawan bicara saya juga jadi kesal yang kadang berujung,,, "ya udah,,terserah loe aja deh..."... Disini saya harus belajar, belajar dan belajar,, bahwa mengakui salah itu bukan berarti saya kalah,,, mengakui salah justru saya menang,, menang terhadap ego saya, dan akan menjadikan saya sebagai manusia yang lebih baik ke depannya,,,

Kebetulan, ato coincidence, saya benar-benar sedang terheran-heran dengan kejadian yang saya alami perihal thesis saya..

2. And where did you get all the data? because I found it separated, like for the import price index, from 1960 to 1986 will use 1980=100, and the newest one will use 2000=100.

pengalaman yang menarik, solat ied di negeri sakura,, di negeri tempat matahari terbit ini saya solat di masjid dekat rumah,, saya urung untuk pergi ke Sekolah Republik Indonesia Tokyo untuk solat bareng jamaah Indonesia lainnya karena jauuuuuuuuuuuh dan malaaaas,, jadi saya prefer mengayuh sepeda saya menuju masjid dekat rumah saya,,

Alhamdulillah dekat rumah ada masjid, masjid yang dibangun oleh orang Pakistan ini mengadakan 2 kali solat ied, satu pukul 7 dan satunya lagi pukul 9,, saya datang pukul 7 dengan alasan nanti jam 10 ada les bahasa di city hall jadi biar ga keburu2 gtu,, pas dateng, suasana sepi,, hanya sedikit jamaah,, pengantar khotbah dalam bahasa arab dan inggris *alhamdulillah ada inggrisnya*

Nah,,, yang kocak dari pengalaman solat saya, selama ini saya solat dengan 7 takbir pada rakaat pertama dan kemudian 5 takbir,, solat ied yang sekarang benar2 UNIK! takbirnya 5 dan 3! hihihi,, heran juga saya,, tapi yowes lah ya,, pas rakaat pertama takbir 5 kali, trus baca al fatihah dan surat, lalu ruku,dkk,,, pada rakaat kedua,,, takbir cuma sekali!!! lalu imam baca surat,, *dong dong dong* bingung saya,, trus imam takbir,, saya dan teman2 indonesia otomatis ruku,, lalalala,, apa yg terjadi,, kok sebelah saya ga ikut ruku ya????
telaah punya telaah,, *setelah curi2 liat tv yang menyorot imam* itu TAKBIR yang KEDUA!

Hmm,, well,,, I'll explain my experience at Honjo Bosaikan ( well known as Honjo Life Safety Learning Center)
that was a great trip!

1. Getting out of the building while smoke everywhere
The tour guide ( Yamane san) told us about how to get out of the building while there's smoke everywhere. Theoretically quite easy,, you just have to put your body down,, as low as possible,,, and walk through the wall while seeing the exit or escape sign,,,
well I don't know you notice or not (I didn't notice it before though) they differentiate the sign into 2 type of signs,,,

Could you find the difference? yes,, the one is covered by white color and otherwise the green,,
The white sign one will guide you to the safe place (escape sign),, while the green one,, is the sign that next to this sign is the place to escape,, so once you see the green sign,, you may conclude that you are in the safe escape place,, *it may be exit door or emergency stair*

yes,, that easy! sounds easy,,

but practically,,,,,, -____-" hard though!!! they have a simulation for this one,, darn,, it's quite DIFFICUULT! the smoke disturbing your breathing, you should keep your body low,, and stay in the wall while searching the escape sign,,and be careful! it's slippery!!!!!!!!!

2. Earthquake simulation
For this one, the guide told us that we should be under the table. and after the earthquake stop, you should wait about 1 minute before you get out of the table. The next step will be turn off any device, electricity, gas, anything that may result damage after the earthquake,, we tried 5 up to 9 SR,,

3. Fire management
Fire management told you how to use fire extinguisher,, how to deal with these things somehow made me nervous,, I know it just a simulation, but i'm kinda nervous about it,, hoho,, they told us that you should point to the center of the fire subject,, do not waste your time pointing the flare,,That was fuuuun! hoho,, the first time using the fire extinguisher and hopefully the last time,, :)

4. CPR
This was great,, they teach us how to do CPR and AED! There's like a step by step to do CPR,, hmm,,, maybe I've already forget it,, ;p

And yah,, FYI,, the working language is JAPANESE... so sorry if I have a wrong interpretation,, I'm very bad at Japanese,, hihihi,,

hampir setaun dit,,
yup, hampir setaun berada di negeri tanah jepang ini,, ada target2 yang sudah tercapai dan ada target2 yang belum tercapai serta target2 kedepan yang akan dicapai (lho,, emang mbikin target ya?) hehehe,,

Yang jelas target yang accomplished adalah mengelarkan segala requirement sks dalam satu taun,, yang brarti semester depan ga perlu kuliah lagi dan fokus ke yang laen! Yeay! meskipun semester kedua ini kerasa lebih berat dari semester pertama dikarenakan tugasnya yang bejibun, but hell yeah! i did it! blm tau sih hasilnya kaya apa.. tapi mudah2an sebagus semester lalu ya Allah ( lebih bagus lagi juga ga nolak) hehehehe,,,

Sepulang dari indonesia tercinta kemaren bener2 ngobatin rindu gw ma tanah aer..
makanan segala dicoba.. mulai dari makan di kaki lima hingga mencicipi hotel bintang 5 (gratisan cuy pas undangan).. ga cuma itu aja.. alhamdulillah ya Allah bener2 ngelewati Ramadhan ini di Indonesia..

dan sekarang gw balik ke Tokyo tercinta,, betah aja dong.. belom kangen2 pulang,, jadi biasa.. hahahaha,, alhamdulillah we.. udah adapt sama suasana sini,, tinggal di enhance aja schedule jalan2nya.. semoga makin padat merayap! amiin..

gw tdur lumayan lama..hehehe,, bangun2 ya tau2 dzuhur dah mau lewat aja,,, biasanya langsung panik,, (kalo ga inget lagi puasa mah bablas).. tapi tdur lama gw itu jadi bikin gw jadi kalong.. huaaah,,, jam segini gw masih melek aja euy... padahal mah ya,, besok mau ada kerjaan yang laen,,,

ya jadilah gw disini bengong...bengong.... ga tau mau ngapain,,,

nonton trans tv,,, anjiiiir.... ada ibu2 jahat banget... ngasih minum anaknya minyak tanah!!!!!!!! sumpah ini terkutuk pisan,, anaknya lucu bgt.. lagi lucu2nya pisan...

udah bingung lagi sekarang.... ngapain yaaaaa....

akhirnya gw beralih ke arah kaskus! hahaha.. sebagai kaskuser sejati,, tuh website emang pelipur lara disaat lo lagi ga ngapa2in,,, akhirnya teh gw mutusin googling2 tentang online trading saham,, and guess what??? makin ruweeeeettt... hahahahahaha.... otak gw udah kelamaan diliburin jadi nya ya gini ini,, semakin...semakin...semakin...

gw makin bingung... fresh money gw buat di invest ke saham masih terhitung kecil... lah trus,, kalo mau daptar gw kudu bayar tuh biaya bulanan 33rb... manapula ada buy and sell rate..

Yeah,,,Yeah,,,Yeah,,,, I'm coming Yukataaaa.... hihihihi..... This is the pre-festival of Tanabata Festival in Japan...

"It celebrates the meeting of Orihime (Vega) and Hikoboshi (Altair). The Milky Way, a river made from stars that crosses the sky, separates these lovers, and they are allowed to meet only once a year on the seventh day of the seventh lunar month of the lunisolar calendar. Since the stars come out at night, the celebration is held at night."

This romantic event usually held every July 7th, every one got their own yukata to wear,, And this Yukata Party is one of the party to socialize us (international students) to wear yukata,, Coolll...

First, I came to the ICC, Building 7 1st floor, to get my rented yukata.. Giving my ID card, they direct us (yeap,, I met Angela, my Colombia friend in the ICC) to the change room... and then there is Risa who teach me (actually help me) wear Yukata... yeaapp,,, finished! feels good use this kind Yukata covering my big stomach,, hahahaha...

Then, the preparation done and it's show time!!! we went to Okuma Garden House to get our party!! Yeahhh,,, party time... time for fun,,, relax,,, and minggle!!!! First target : FOODS!!!
hwahahaha,,, a lot of snacks!! yippieeeee,,,,, eat,,,eat,,,eat,,, while watching the band! I just eat,,,eat,,,,eat,,,, until stuffed! hahahaha,,,
What's next dude?? mmm,,,,mmmm,,,,,mmmmm,,,,take a pics!! yeahh,,,, i am asking one of yukata girl to take my pics with the male using yukata!! yeah,,, and guess what,,, taking people is one of the way u could minggle to the other.. after the girl take my pics,, we just talk and share each other..
